Devika M. Moonasar

Devika M. Moonasar was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2014, and has since concentrated her practice exclusively in Immigration Law. She is experienced in representing clients of all nationalities in all areas of Immigration Law.

Ms. Moonasar received her Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from Nova Southeastern University in 2011 and graduated with her Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2014. While in law School, she was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity where she advocated for the advancing of compassion and courage through service to the legal profession and the community. It was here that Ms. Moonasar learned the importance of treating every client with compassion and with the utmost respect.

Ms. Moonasar is licensed by the Florida Bar and is authorized to practice nationwide before the Immigration Courts, U.S. Consulates, and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association where she previously served on the USCIS West Palm Beach Field Office Liaison Committee as well as on the Executive Office of Immigration Review Committee.

Ms. Moonasar’s extensive immigration experience comes from working with local boutique law firms and an international fortune 500 company, specializing in all areas of immigration law. This unique experience has given Ms. Moonasar the ability to serve clients from all walks of life. She successfully represented clients facing criminal charges and deportation proceedings. She also secured residency, citizenship, and nonimmigrant visas for many individuals and professionals seeking lawful status in the United States.

Ms. Moonasar strives to make the journey as smooth and stress free as possible. She understands the desire to become a part of this great country and will passionately fight for her clients until satisfactory results are secured.
