🛍️ What Can Be Returned
You can return items that are:
Unused and in their original condition
In the original packaging with tags attached (for clothes and shoes)
Returned within 7 days of delivery
❌ What Can’t Be Returned
We do not accept returns on:
Used or damaged items
Toys or accessories that have been opened
Items marked as Final Sale
🔄 Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help! Just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll assist you with an exchange if stock is available.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
📦 How to Return an Item
Email us at support@yourdomain.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving instructions.
🧸 Damaged or Wrong Items?
Oops! If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we’ll make it right.
