Robert Chelle is the founder and CEO of Chelle Law. He is an experienced attorney who has represented over 1000 professionals for over a decade in front of over 25 Arizona Professional Licensing Boards.  Before moving to Arizona and opening his practice, Rob gained experience with the legal departments of three of the finest healthcare providers in the country, including:

  • Johns Hopkins Hospital
  • Rush Health System
  • Kettering Medical Network

He gained the knowledge and experience that led him to open his practice.  Mr. Chelle has also been involved in physician practice management for individual physicians, physician practice groups, and a specialty-employed physician network for a mid-size medical center. He currently assists healthcare providers throughout the country with employment contract reviews. As the founder of Chelle Law, Rob strives continuously to provide the best service and experience for his clients.

Rob lives in Scottsdale with his wife, Lydia, and three daughters.

Erin-Howlett-Profile

Erin Howlett, Esq.

Prior to joining Chelle Law, Erin Howlett has practiced business law in TN, VA, MD, and DC serving clients’ business, property, and leasing needs. Her work has recently focused on reviewing and negotiating corporate vendor contracts involving capital financing, business process outsourcing, human resources, insurance and benefits, facilities, information technology, and sustainability agreements, among other areas.

With Chelle Law, Erin brings her contract review and negotiation experience to assist physicians, residents, fellows, dental and veterinary associates, nurse practitioners and physician assistants with employment contract issues.

She enjoys exploring and going on adventures with her husband and four children around the Nashville, TN area.
