A Note From Oledi

Born in Nigeria into a typical African large middle class family of eight girls, I grew up in a Christian home in the university campus environment where my parents worked. My childhood was influenced by family, Christian and academic values in a community of diverse groups and peoples. A family and environment that placed education high on the priority list. This exposed me to the privilege of great primary and secondary school education in the university town Nsukka in Nigeria. Hospitality and Catering was my first post secondary training in one of the few institutions in the industry with diploma in food hygiene. Upon graduation I was led into nursing by my desire to be part of healthcare industry. I was accepted to do nursing and midwifery in one of the pioneer schools in this industry. Having my nursing and midwifery diplomas upon graduation, I went on to the University of Nigeria, Nsukka from where I got a BSc in Nursing. Then I went on to work at Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital for over ten years in various capacities.
What I like about Sandia View Assisted Living is the passion and desire to make a conscious effort in realizing an optimal service in line with the residents’ and families’ expectations. I see Sandia View Assisted Living as a home where only the best services count.

I have been here for almost 2 years and I love the opportunity to enjoy the trust of the management as I experience a new culture in my field and doing the job I love and for which I am trained. A beautiful work environment indeed.
