Leading Edge BnB will lease your property through a normal Tenancy Agreement, and will pay the rental income while conducting regular inspections and professionally cleaning the property regularly throughout the tenancy.

All of our listings have strict rules of no parties or bucks/hens weekends. Our strict screening and qualifying process for the ‘right’ kind of tenants reduces the risk of anything like this happening. The Airbnb Host Guarantee also protects hosts up to $1,000,000, and we are also fully covered with our own insurance.

Yes. If the owner and strata/body corporate (where applicable) agree, the property can be listed on Airbnb for short stay bookings subject to any restrictions that apply in that State. The agreement is simply noted in the special terms of the Tenancy Agreement to provide full transparency. We can even provide the Tenancy Agreement covering the specific lease terms for you!

All of our listings are professionally cleaned and inspected after each booking to ensure the highest quality of accommodation is upheld. We have strict No party, No smoking and No pets policies and require the property to be in full working order, so will ensure all maintenance is completed in a timely manner. No, the process of leasing to us is the same as with a standard tenant. We submit an application form, sign a Tenancy Agreement, pay a bond, undergo regular inspections, and you will receive your rental income the same as any with any other tenant. The major upside is that we strive to give our guests a ‘5 Star’ experience every time, so ensure that the property is kept to the highest condition of cleanliness and maintenance at all times.

The system we use allows us to manage multiple properties and guest stays from the booking stage through to checkout and professional clean, with no hassling of the owner, allowing us to ensure the best experience possible for both the guest and owner.
